How your money reaches you

Whish or a bank account, picked once, and what happens between a sale and a payout.

You choose one way to be paid, in Get paid, and it is the one Trollu uses.

The choices

  • Whish — a Whish account in your own name or your business's.
  • A Lebanese bank account — the account details as the bank writes them.

Pick the one you already use. Changing it later is possible but it pauses a payout while the new details are checked.

What has to match

The name on the payout account and the name on your store. A mismatch is the most common reason a payout stops, and it is not something support can wave through — it is how the money is kept yours.

Between a sale and a payout

A paid order becomes money owed to you. It is paid out on the schedule shown in Money, not per order, so a single sale does not appear as a single transfer.

Cash on delivery

If you accept cash on delivery, the courier collects the cash and it comes to you through the same payout, minus what is owed on the order. It is not cash in your hand on the day.
