Manfrotto MS0490A Nanopole Stand

Manfrotto MS0490A Nanopole Stand: The Portable Lighting Revolution The Manfrotto MS0490A Nanopole Stand redefines what professional creators expect from travel-sized support. Engineered for those who need to move light and fast, this stand solves the dilemma of carrying bulky equipment to remote locations. Whether you are a wedding photographer needing a quick hair light or a mobile journalist setting up a remote interview, the Nanopole provides a stable, high-quality foundation that fits easily into standard carry-on luggage. Innovative Detachable Boom Pole The standout feature of the Manfrotto MS0490A is its highly versatile center column. With a quick release, the entire central pole detaches from the base, instantly transforming into a handheld boom. This allows an assistant to position a light or microphone exactly where it’s needed, even in crowded spaces where a tripod base cannot fit. This dual-purpose functionality makes it an essential tool for dynamic shooters who require both a traditional stand and a portable boom in one lightweight package. Ultra-Compact Reverse-Folding Design Space is a premium when traveling, and the Nanopole Stand is designed to maximize it. By utilizing a reverse-folding leg mechanism, the legs tuck around the center column, resulting in a collapsed length of just 19.3 inches. This small footprint doesn’t sacrifice performance; once deployed, the stand reaches a comfortable 6-foot working height, providing the elevation necessary for natural-looking light angles. The aluminum construction ensures it remains light enough for all-day travel while maintaining the rigidity required for professional gear. Versatile Mounting for Modern Gear Despite its small size, the Manfrotto MS0490A is ready for a wide array of professional accessories. It features a standard 5/8″ stud topped with both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 male threads. This universal mounting interface allows you to secure everything from speedlights and small LED panels to microphone
